Yeah there was. This one is by the creators of the original and is also coming to consoles.
Descent underground is more ultiplayer focused afaik.
They look compltely different too. Large open areas in Underground while Overload (so far) is sticking to the claustrophobic tunnels of the original game.
Hopefully both will turn out great.
