You have officially proved I'm 100% right. We only see cutscenes or in-game back view of drake in that footage. His in-game face only shows up from a distance, so we can conveniently not see the details. I wonder what's so hard about turning the character towards the camera during gameplay, if showing off graphics is what they want. Seriously, that's all it takes. Seems pretty clear they don't want people to see the difference between in-game models and cutscene ones.
