There's nothing wrong with differences in the two models. And yes, there are gameplay videos of him. 

What do you mean by nothing wrong with differences? Sure, in-game models don't have to look the same as the ones in a cutscene. The problem is showing only the cutscene models and making people believe that's in-game. Could you link one of this videos?
