Only day 1 for me is wii fit. I rarely by on day one, as there is generally someone doing some promotion with major games, and so I will wait a couple days to double check reviews and game forums and get a better price instead of paying MSRP...
The reason why Wiifit is an exception for me... it will be sold out everywhere. Other games, if they are sold out, it's only a matter of a week or two at most. It might not be a long wait for wii fit to be available, but given the hardware portion of it, and Nintendo not being able to produce hardware fast enough, it could be months...
(Did have several first week purchases this year...)
