I'll just post my opinion. Keep in mind, I do like Microsoft but I don't think I'm a fanboy. I bought KI Season 1 and 2 but I've barely played them. I also bought Street Fighter V (which I much prefer).
Anyway, I watched a Youtube video comparing the two because....that's what Youtube does. They love Sony vs M$ comparisons. I decided to see for myself. I haven't played any other fighting games this gen and SFIV held the title, in my personal opinion, as the best looking 7th gen game for years after it launched! I just watched the Tusk video and graphically, it doesn't look that great. BUT, when I bought SFV, one of the first things I did was fire up both Killer Instinct and SFV (which looks fantastic) and compared them. The two art styles are like apples and oranges but both games look fantastic!
Maybe Tusk (and to be honest, Kim Wu as well) will look as good as the rest of the game. Keep in mind there's supposed to be a graphical upgrade when Season 3 arrives. Also, you can change parts of the characters as you see fit. If you don't like a face, you can put on a helmet or whatever.
Maybe Tekken or Mortal Kombat blow both SFV and KI away. I honestly don't know. I think they both look great and KI continues to improve graphically with every season since it's always being worked on.
Oh, for what it's worth, I give the edge to SFV.
