Of course you can mod your own into the game =P, there are already some anime ones and even ones that are more "revealing" as well up for grabs.

I know.. I want this game so badly... T_T Maybe I'll get it later this week...

I'm considering doing anime style too, haha. If it's too much work, I'll just do 1 character, my potential wife xD
