I don't know anything. But I am adament that they wouldn't build the framework for a more closed PC platform, integrate that with their existing closed hardware playform, only to allow other manufacturers to do something that is counter intuitive to a closed platform.
So no, I don't know this. But I have enough faith in my ability to use common sense and deductive reasoning to guess be pretty sure they won't at all do what Steam did.
