proposal for the refugee crisis: refugees stand up and fight for your home. seriously- pictures of the refugees have shown that a majority of them are ADULT males.
The reason things have gotten out of hand in those places are because the people let them get that way. I don't entirely blame them, obviously, but the answer isn't simply to run other places, to other countries.
because at some point if everyone just runs when things go wrong, rather than fight to fix them, you run out of places to go.
running away is not a long term strategy and it screws the people left in their homeland
Children and women are one thing, but I don't want to take a totally sexist perspective on the whole thing. As a whole if other country's are willing to take in refugees then why not use that same energy and effort to instead help stablize their homeland? people fleeing is not the answer and never will be the answer
