The only good solution is for all the able-bodied men to go back to Syria and fight to make it a better place, but they (understandably) would much rather take the path of least resistance and move to less shitty countries instead of fighting to try and maybe fail make their home country less shitty, especially when there's no certainty that they'll live though the war or that their side will win.
