Come on MS - release Rare Replay and Halo MCC already ;(!

MCC would be awesome to see on the PC considering that Halo 1+2 and Wars were on the PC during the Games for Windows Live era (2 being a Vista exclusive lol, good times) But yeah PC games never got to "Finish the Fight" in Halo 3 so if the MCC dropped that would be amazing to see.

As for the Rare Replay though, that most likely wont happen based on

although that was directly related to people asking if it would come to the Wii-U after Phil (I think) said that there was other MS titles which could come to the Wii-U after Minecraft went to it, but I think he had been talking about the Minecraft Story Mode instead just.

Halo Wars wasn't on PC.
There was a Halo MMO that was PC/Russian Exclusive though, built from Halo 3's game engine.
Spartan Assault and Spartan Strike was on PC though.

MS' plan is to share some xbox exclusives with windows 10. That's it.

It is a little more than that.

Steam today is massive. 125+ million active users massive (Some estimates put it at 150-200 million now)... There is Billions and Billions and Billions of dollars up for grabs if Microsoft can compete successfully with Steam.
Microsoft bringing Xbox Exclusives to Windows 10 will be exclusive to the Windows 10's store and not on Steam.

Remember, Microsoft is a business, business's try to make money, Microsoft already attempted to gain relevence in the PC space with Games for Windows Live, which flopped horribly. This however uses a little more vertical leverage to combat Steam and take marketshare away, the Windows 10's store doesn't have the "Xbox on PC" stigma attached to it either.

The other bonus is... Microsoft is also giving PC gamers a reason to own an Xbox over a Playstation, the PC market is bigger than the Playstation in terms of users, it's leverage, it makes business sense to lock people into the Microsoft Ecosystem, it works for Apple right?

It should also mean some good things for developers as well with some luck. Larger userbase, more money, hopefully bigger and better games in the future.
