If it's a great game the only risk of not selling well was the more modest size of the Xb one user base. Now that has been overcome by releasing on PC. The only reason this game might not meet sales expectations is if it ends up being a disappointment. Just like The Order 1886 was a major disappointment. Or there are unrealistic expectations of the game selling at GTA/CoD levels.
If it's a great game I will be very surprised if it doesn't make a profit.
