Btw, don't you use formulas or it's just that they haven't moved to that document?

I just do everything individually. I've always been more afraid I'd somehow screw up if I do it any other way. Lol I might experiment with formulas in the near future but I want to make sure I have time to check everything twice. 

Each one has its own method. If that works for you then I don't see a reason for changing.
