Matchmaking is Rank based, player levels would not make any sense since they have very little to do with skill. I'm not sure how MM exactly works but it seems fights with players having 3 Rank difference or more are extremely rare. For example, if you are Ultra Bronze you do not get matched with Rookie players anymore. However it seems higher Ranked players such as Ultra Gold and Platinum players still fight Silver Ranks quite often. One explanation could be that within the lower ranks the player pool is so much bigger that MM-system does not need to widen the search to 3 Rank difference but can find match relativily quickly. However in the higher ranks the player pool is so much smaller so it's not guaranteed at all to find close Ranking opponent without the players having to wait 5-10min. for every fight and thus the MM-system widens the search. Then there is also win-streak attribute which could be taken into account too, meaning you are most likely first matched against players with similar results in past fights if such an opponent can be found in a set time limit.

Kebabs have a unique attribute compared to other consumables. To unlock this effect you need to wolf down a big ass kebab really fast, like under 10 minutes or so and wait for the effect to kick in. If done correctly your movements should feel unbelievably heavy to the point where you literally cannot move at all.
