I know but just the whole "lets try to give one to MS, give them a chance at this", I mean why should we though?, they've had years to sort this out and make things right and they only chose now of all times due to them tanking in terms of image and the console space.

I'm just saying that he has first hand info on all this and that maybe he knows things we don't... or he simply wants to keep the doors of MSoft open so he can talk with them again in the future.

I know that this situation is not an accident and that this was MSoft intention since the beginning, but it's possible that they didn't expect this furious reaction (like they didn't expect the bad recepcion of GFWL or the backlash they got from their payed online intentions on PC), and that things can change.
