Depends on what kind of support you mean. In terms of quantity, there is absolutely no contest since PC will win this hands down. I'd even argue that there is currently more gaming content for PCVR than there will be for PS4 in years. Not even counting all the VR video content.
As for highest quality content I absolutely can't say. For PC it would be very easy for developers to adapt their games to VR since they don't have to give any shits about the hardware needed to actually render it for VR. But will they bother?
Though the same can be said for PS4 too. Will developers bother to painstakingly adapt or develop their VR games on such a limited box with an even more limited VR install base? They could just as easily release a normal game and have less hassle and make more money.
It's certainly going to be interesting to see what happens with VR on console. While I have no doubt in my mind that VR content will be steadily flowing on PC for years, there is a real possibility of PSVR going the way of the Move.
