Why would they announce a game for 3DS just to change their mind a week later and say "NX exclusive lol." There might well be an NX version of the game, seeing as the reveal was very barren of specifics outside of that it would come at least to the 3DS line, but that'd be a hard bargain for GameFreak to dive in on since they'd have the final say there.
