Yes, everything in the league is dynamic. When a member earns a new trophy, the game it belongs to will be updated. The rarity of its trophies will be refreshed and DLC trophies might be added, which might affect the platinum leaderboard and the completion %.

Games with no earned trophies will be automatically refreshed 30 days after the last update.
