Most of the ones I like have been mentioned (Phendrana Drifts, Valak Mountain, Snowpeak Ruins...). I would add Tundaria Tower from Golden Sun: Lost Age. Love the music:
And the snow level of Dragon Ball Origins 2 is also pretty good. The music too. Damn, ice levels sure have amazing music, right? xD
