The game is demanding, with no card being able to achieve perfectly stable 60fps at 1080p on Ultra, although the 980Ti is very close.

Unsurprisingly enough – and given the fact that Far Cry: Primal has just been released – NVIDIA has released a new driver for its graphics cards. According to the release notes, this is a game-ready driver for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition & Far Cry Primal.

Far Cry: Primal has just been released on the PC and Ubisoft has released a day-1 patch for it. According to its changelog, this patch improves overall stability and performance, packs multi-GPU configuration fixes and brings Camera/Control/Character optimizations and improvements. This patch will be auto-downloaded from UPLAY, and you can read its complete changelog below.
