I understand Microsoft going windows only will damage their software potential as they miss out on Steam. But why.
Why do certain pc gamers decide not to buy games they want and like just because it's not on Steam. Does it really matter to them? I just don't get the reasoning behind this. Isn't the whole point of building a pc the fact that you have multiple options and are not locked down to any one thing. So why when it Comes to where you buy your game from does it have to be steam? Genuinely interested to know.
