Really? It's my least favorite InFamous by far. It's distinctly NOT infamous in a lot of ways, Delsin is poorly written, the plot is just one convenient meetup after another instead of actual development, and the side characters are forgotten about after their four missions. It's also painfully short and only lasts as long as it does because you HAVE to collect Blast Shards for progression.

I honestly believe First Light is the better InFamous by a long shot. It's got distinctly more-inFamous missions, the character is interesting and often at least decently written, and it brings back staples that I actually forgot about because they were taken out of SS.

I know the popular opinion on the web is the game isn't very good, but I really liked it for gameplay. That is where the previous games failed to grab me.

People argue Infamous 1 was the best but I felt its the worst. All the games have flaws.

I mean SS had me hooked in a way 1 didn't (they both had me hooked but 1 was a morbid completionist way of hooked, not a "wow this is beautiful" hooked), and I'd have to say that SS is clearly a better game, but after I was done with it I realized how empty I felt with it and how much it suffered because the focus was on visuals and the need for a scapegoat system seller. If you haven't, and you enjoyed I2 at least, try First Light. It feels like a more logical Infamous 3 and it controls SO tightly that I want Fetch as the main character of I4.

You should check out my YouTube channel, The Golden Bolt!  I review all types of video games, both classic and modern, and I also give short flyover reviews of the free games each month on PlayStation Plus to tell you if they're worth downloading.  After all, the games may be free, but your time is valuable!
