1) porn
2) virtual concerts (like Payperview, but you get to be at a concert, at the comfort of your home).
3) virtual turism (rent a drone, that you can drive around (its a physical kart, with camras), you remote controle from your home).
4) Exploration (nasa are makeing high quality maps, for a virtual "tour" of mars. Walking simulators).
5) Horror / racers / first person shooters.
Im sure theres more, but theres bound to be things that VR will make the "best" experiance possible with.
Like people will try VR and go "theres no way im ever playing another game like this, not VR".
