The Wii didn't let you experience the best version of porn, that's why it had no longlasting appeal. VR will be forever until they invent the holodeck.
What I'm saying is that VR gaming is only a small part of its numerous possible applications while the Wii was a one trick pony. The gaming hype might wear off after some time but it won't be the end of VR.
If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.
