The desktop version lets you choose and play what you want... I'm guessing the PS4 version is like the mobile app which means you can't. If you make playlists in your account on the desktop version though you can listen to them (on shuffle) on the mobile version, which means you only listen to songs you have chosen even if you can't choose a specific song at a specific time.
