I know you refer gamepad to gimmick, again not popular gimmick isnt only reason why Wii U failed.

You just keep dening that things like bad launch titles, bad marketing and name, high price, software drouth...didnt had any impact on Wii U sales. And yes without those mistakes Wii U would easily pass 20m, just good and not misunderstood marketing would push Wii U above 20m.

You didnt answer my quesition, what do you think, what sales of Wii would be without Wii Sports and Zelda TP like launch titles, without great price point ($250), without great marketing and with software drouth!? Without all that combine, because Wi had all that while Wii U didn't had any of those things. Saying that TP like launch title didn't had any impact on Wii sales is also dening, because that is game that bringed core gamers to platform not Wii Sports.

Interesting, you think that every Nintendo console (expect Wii) will be in decline, thats why you think Wii U wouldn't pass 20m because GC sold 23m and going same path Wii U would need to sell less, but you cant predict things like that, its very simple, if product is good and apoeling it will sell, if you have bad product that isn't appealing (like Wii U) it will not sell.

Zelda U officially don't be cross gen until Nintendo say its cross gen, IMO that is almost certain, but that doesnt have nothing with comparing youtube views, lol.

When you actually have console or you plan to buy one you will definitely be far more interesting for games for that console than somebody who dont have that console and dont have plans to buy it. That is a fact.

Again bad comparison, Uncharted 4 is game on platform that has user base is around 3x time larger than Wii Us, Uncharted have 9m views while Zelda U has 4.7m views with 3x smaller userbase.

Wii U didn't have high price and bad launch games, it did have a game drought right after launch. Also, ps4 and x1 weren't affected by bad launch games and high price.

Wii U had high price in comparison with PS3/Xbox360, same games looked and worked worse on Wii U than on PS3/360, so you having consumers asking why I would pay around $100 more for console that is weaker than those older and cheaper ones!? Wii U price was high, even Nintendo said that price was higher than they wanted.

People on first place buy Nintendo consoles for Nintendo games, and if you dont have good and strong Nintendo game available there is no need to buy Nintendo console, on other hand people buy PS4/X1 because 3rd party games on first place, thats huge difference. Nintendo needs strong launch exclusives, PS/X dont need. Wii U had very bad launch title (Nintendo Land and NSMB HD, lol).
