Does PC finally have the Exclusives console gamers want to make it worthwhile as a 2nd gaming device??.

I don't think console gamers are interested in those games. I certainly am not. In fact XCom is the only PS+ game that I didn't bother to try.

Bloodborne, Until Dawn, Disgaea 5 are certainly better than those games you listed. And that's the PS4 having a weak year exclusivewise. Imagine that - a weak PS4 year is still better than a great PC year. My opinion.
