I don't think that's in their cards for selling to people with less decent builds, especially the type that don't emet Win 10's requirements, even then they could just play the game at medium to low settings.
Not like it's going to matter though with how the store and games will work along with no kind of mod support.
Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.
