When I tried to turn on Killer Instinct it returned an Error:

Sorry we can't start Killer Instinct for some reason (code 9u09092u)
None of my digital games or apps work. Some where on reddit it said there was a lot of folks having this issue today and some suggested Seattle was under a DDOS attack from China http://map.norsecorp.com/#/
Anyone else unable to play?
