I think that is what bothers me the most about modern feminist. They latch onto bogus statistics that are easily proven false yet even after proven false they continue to tout said statistics. Take the gender pay cap. No matter how many times I has been shown that the gap is much much smaller than what they quote. Alot of pay differences are explained by career choices and contract negotiations. Equal pay for equal work itself is a farcical idea. Two people may get the same job at the same time for the same company. Both are offered the same starting pay. One says I deserve to be paid more and negotiates a higher wage. Or the company can look at their past experience and that experience is worth a small bump in pay. Or what if you have two cashiers doing the same job but one has been there for 10 years one for 1 year... Is that loyalty to the company not to be rewarded?
