Ah so you're one of those "PC is for work" types, ok. I don't really care if it;s their right, it's very restritive with the way they see playing games in general the way others do, to those who love and are on board with MS, no issues for them but for those who want a new RTS title but don't want to support MS, well I guess they are fucked. However when someone decides to make an RTS game and support those who don't want Win 10, then they are likjely to get more support and praise, the more they support multiple OS's, the better for them and everyone else because we all win out of that race fair and square. With MS it's buy my game or sod off" (before you mention Steam, ebcause currently it's being used as the biggest shield to defend the whole Win 10+10store exclusive as being the same, it's not since STeam supports everyhting MS does not and more and MS doesn't want all that Steam does either way). The genre still has some titles coming out this year, you don't need MS sounding the siren and having everyone band behind them. It's better for everyone when everyone gets to play the game. It's better for devs to be more universal in terms of OS support than being rectiected to a single OS and calling it objectively good for those who aren't on the Win10 boat, can't tell them to sod off because you're just not seeing the big picture at all if that's how you see it. |
In my case my PC is for work yes, is there a problem with that? Just because some people use it for gaming doesn't mean I have to do the same. Especially if it's on a work desk... I by no mean think it's solely for work, just that in my case that's what it is...
People are weird with Microsoft making MS games on a MS platform selling them on MS store... really? Why would they sell their inhouse games elsewhere? Are you complaining for Sony and Nintendo making their games exclusively for their platforms?
If RTS are made by MS then yes I understand they would be sold through Windoes Store but any other company is free to sell them anywhere on any platforms.
