Well it's definitely aimed for the enthusiast market, that's for sure. Can't say Valve were aiming for the console crowd if at all with such a setup. Tech is new and expensive along with them having no special buddies or out of this world deals made with those that produce each component. I'd rather tech go for the high end than the lowest common denominator.
Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.
