As far as I understand, this is a particular phone we're talking about, and that Apple would retain the tech used to hack this...persons phone. The FBI went through the process of obtaining a warrant, Apple should acquiesce. Of course, Apple's really good at skirting the grey lines of legality, what with exploiting markets w/ lax labor laws, and using shell companies to avoid paying the rightful amount in taxes they owe.
