Yes, I can see the smoothness of 60 fps. I usually can tell even when not comparing them side by side. But not having 60 fps never hurt my enjoyment of the experience whatsoever.

What really matters for me is having a stable frame rate without drops. As long as it is stable you will be able to respond to the action perfectly and in time. Your mind will be aware of the measurements. It takes me 400 milliseconds to click a button. Surly the the advantage of 16 milliseconds (the difference between 30 and 60 fps) isn't critical or massive. Especially when you take into consideration the additional display lag as well.

Anyways, it is smoother and better to have.
