Of course, but cheating and being dishonest is another thing. You know like IRL, you can be disrespectful towards others without breaking the law. Your example of Messi vs. Boateng isn't really comparable either, there's nothing wrong with one world-class player outplaying another.
But for the actual topic, I watched PSG- Chelsea and Gent - Wolfsburg and those were very entertaining games. PSG was particularly impressive, some sweet and quick passing game, Verratti, Motta and Matuidi are amazing midfielders. Chelsea was ok too but they seemed too comfortable with 1-1 result.
