Just because the xb1 is x86 doesn't mean it can run WINDOWS software. All that software was coded using older versions of windows SDKs than what is used on Win 10 or XB1.
Windows native software cannot run on XB1. Its the metro apps that were supposed to be interchangeable (html5).
