Xbox need to resume the $50 price advantage over PS4 to compete.

The problem is (looking at amazon here).

The best selling PS4 is the CoD BO3 bundle @349$ (around 15th spot)

The best selling XB1 is the GoW UE bundle @300$ (around 30th spot)

 

Basically its already 50$ cheaper, and its still not selling like it is the cheaper of the two.

 

The problem: 

PS4 has more exclusives & multi-plat games run better on it.

Im not sure a 50$ price advantage makes up for that.

This nails it on the head.  Also PS4 has a ton of marketing deals and Playstation Plus is still killing it by comparison.

Sorry, but how exactly is Playstation Plus killing it? Its just as crappy as XBL in terms of downtime...
