It depends. If MS will publish awesome games W10/Xbox One only, and Sony and Nin will lagging behind, I will switch to X1/W10. I dont get why people are so emotionally linked to publisher - the matter is not who publish the games or where u can play it, the matter is how good these games are and how many of them u will see in the future on ur platform.

Sony is the most safe pick now - even if some of their games will be weak like TO1886, there is still a chance their next game will be awesome, and they have the biggest menu to choose.

Look at Nintendo - they make crazy good games on Wii U, but u can count them on one hand fingers. Even if they will sell Wii u for 50 $, i will not buy it - the value isnt here.

No, they cannot do this, only because a game is made on Windows, and is made with DirectX, does not means that need to Release on Xbox One, and a Game that want to be sucessful, will not ignore a Install base so Huge of Playstation 4, to make a Exclusive, on a Console Install Base, that even Microsoft it-self, is Hurting their own sales.

I Can count a lot of good games on Wii U, but the console don't receive a lot of releases over the year because only Nintendo, make games for the Wii U, but you have Baiyonetta, Mario Kart, Super Smash Bros,  Super Mario 3D World, Splatoon, Xenoblade Chronicles, but the only games coming are Zelda, Star Fox, and Pokken Tournament, are good games but not enought for a Console that don't have third party support.

 

Windows Store, cannot compete with Steam, and they are killing their only way to compete agaist Sony, so is not a good move, because if they don't have sucess with the Windows Store, and the exclusives coming for PC, hurt Xbox One's sales, they will have a hard time to come back.

 

And i almost forgot. Microsoft's worst move was make they-self seems like Liars, is more worth you pay Remedy, or anyone else with some Hundreds of Millions of US$, than hurting your public Image, now we don't know how much games will came for PC, because Microsoft, marketed a game for 3 Years as a exclusive, only to announce 6 weeks from launch, that it will launch on PC Day one, and this hurt the confidence on Microsoft, as a Gaming company, and this is worse than sending the Exclusive for PC.
