Mteal Gear incomplete? The first I've heard of it.

 

On Metal Gear's defense, Metal Gear Solid 2 was also an incomplete game (had lot of cut content, some of it that was actually important). But on MGSV's case, there's whole chapters missing, plus some other controversial stuff.
