I agree with you, I know of some people speaking like that (fortunately most people around 15-16, don't of know anyone pathetic enough to keep up with that in their late 20s or early 30s), but I think it is just as bad with people (yes, here in Sweden) actually speaking internet language, using all the abbreviations in their every day speak.
