I have an Apple Performa 630 at a whopping 33MHz and a 500MB harddrive, but I guess you mean my other PC...
It has a few outdated parts, but it runs everything just fine with settings and fps I'm more than okay with. No need to upgrade yet and probably not for quite some time;

CPU: Intel Core i5 3470, Quad-core 3.6GHz
RAM: 8GB DDR3 1333MHz
GPU: Gainsworth GeForce GTX560Ti 2GB
HDD: 3 drives totalling about 2.7TB
OS: Windows 10 Home
Monitor: Samsung SyncMaster 226BW
Input: Logitech keyboard and mouse
Sound: Bose Companion
And no printer
