Sorry, I mean the guy didn't know that this hack was the writer until the youtuber told him. So he had enough insider knowledge to know the writer was a hack, but he lacked the level of insider knowledge to know that this hack was the writer for Halo 5.
Therefore he completely lacked all inside knowledge about the development of Halo 5, and he had no first hand experience of the game itself. So everything he said was total speculation based on a brief second-hand summary of the game. Some of the speculation is pretty reasonable and probably fairly predictable, since we know that corporates interfere in big budget productions across all entertainment segments. So what this guy guesses at has a decent probabilitiy of being 90%+ accurate. But the fact of the matter is the guy does not have any inside knowledge of what went on behind the scenes with Halo 5.
