It looks like you could pick up a used game off of eBay and the season pass now for the same price (if not less) as waiting for the goty edition.
Anyway, this was the first rpg of this type that I got on the console instead of the pc, and man that settlement size limit has me really regretting it. I was hoping maybe they'd up the limit via patch or dlc as it's still pitifully low, but oh well. Gonna have to stay PC master race for Bethesda games, especially as they seem to rely on modders to debug their games.
