Dude, if you have the money, I say go for it. PC gaming beats the hell out of console gaming, imo.

Though, if you're not gonna buy a system which doubles the XBone in performance, it's not worth it.  Also might not be worth it if you cant find room to fit a PC in your entertainment center.

OT: I'd be surprised if Forza comes to PC, but I am expecting Gears 4. It would be a real dick move to get PC gamers' hopes up with the Gears remake only to make Gears 4 a console exclusive.

Gears 1 was on PC and no others though right? I know no one who has a gaming PC. I read about it a lot but never see or hear anyone around me talk about or have one.

Right, I dunno what MS was thinking with Gears 1. Maybe they were unsure of the 360's success, so they released it on PC, just to be safe. So when the 360 turned out to be a smashing success, they ditched PC entirely for the franchise. Things are a little different this gen, though.

As for PC gaming, I only know two other people besides myself with a gaming PC. One only plays MMOs on his, and used 360, and now a PS4 for other games. The other was converted by me, lol.

The truth is, most people don't want to spend the amount of money it takes to build a gaming PC. Hell, I wouldn't have done it myself, but I was starting from zero. Getting a PC+monitor+Tablet was actually cheaper that getting a console+TV+Laptop. Consoles are cheap and accessable, PCs are expensive and somewhat complicated, but offer a better experience over all.
