I Think that they are losing a lot with Hardware, they are nearly giving the consoles for free, and Because Xone, is shipping Multiple times less than Playstation 4, so is more expensive to produce.

BS. at worst they are breaking even with hardware, but more likely profitable. The XOne sales while not at ps4 levels are still excellent and cheaper to produce than the ps4. 2019 is a far more likely scenario.
