They are ads added to the video with html 5 or flash player

I don't mean the banners. I mean when you click a video then get an advert clip play normally you can skip after 5 seconds. But some are now unskippable until the full advert has played.

 

I was wondering if ad block also stops that, as that is YouTube's main revenue.
