When I bought my XB1 the controller included with the system had a soft 'B' button. I ended up getting a replacement.
Later when I bought a second XB1 controller the left analog stick made a weird clicking sound when moved.
The quality control on XB1 controller/parts manufacturing seems to be pretty poor.
