No I mean - what to target in what specs to work/build upon XD.

I meant if it was in terms of CPU, GPU or both.

And by then we will (supposedly) have new CPUs from both Intel and AMD, and we'll also have new GPUs from both Nvidia and AMD. It will be easy to build a machine better than the recommended by then.
