The requirement specs for the PC version have been updated:

The only noticeabe change is the GPU, which now is a more reasonable GTX 970 or R9 390. Sill asking for a high end CPU and 16GB of RAM.

And I'm still wondering what CPU does AMD have to be equivalent to the i5-4690 or i7-4790.
