Nice build. A bit overkill for 1080p gaming, but what way it will last a bit longer.
From your choosed CPU I get that you won't overclock, right? In that case, an air cooler like CoolerMaster's Hyper 212 will be more than enough.
Also, there are several tools to find out where your components are cheaper like http://pcpartpicker.com or https://pchound.com
