Probably because AC/COD4/GTAIV are among the most played games for N.A.? All games freeze from time to time - the more popular the game, the more you'll hear people mention it.

I wonder what it is about the 60gigs that cause the issues. It always seems to be those that people are mentioning.

I don't think it's just the 60's. There seems to be 60 giggers bragging about having a 60 and 40 giggers going around saying all the problems are with the 60's. A weird kind of underlined division we're seeing. Problems arise with all the versions.
